Figuring out how to raise money so your business can grow is often a monumental challenge for New Zealand startups. That’s where Soda’s new BOOST programme steps in.
BOOST connects startups with an expert mentor and the necessary resources for business founders to create a capital raise strategy.
“At Soda we’re always thinking about new and innovative ways to help New Zealand businesses grow,” says Erin Wansbrough, Soda Chief Executive.
“Earlier this year we undertook market research to identify what additional support startups need. There was one common response from startups and investors – a lack of knowledge around how to plan for a capital raise strategy. After identifying this gap in the market, we created BOOST which gives founders the pragmatic support and ability to develop a capital raise strategy.”
Soda’s BOOST programme is tailored around each founder’s individual needs, with a customised programme created for each participant. Soda will match participants with a mentor who has successfully raised capital in New Zealand and will guide them through the 11-week online programme.
With professional expertise and support from Deloitte and Tompkins Wake, participating startups will have all the resources they need to develop a robust capital raise strategy.
Applications for BOOST close on 27 August 2021 and the online programme starts on 13 September 2021. Spaces are limited.
If you are a disruptive and scalable startup with market validation and global ambitions, BOOST might be what you need to raise capital in 2022 and take on the world.
